Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks an experienced software developer to lead the design, development, and support of a core P&C software system. You will work with business stakeholders to resolve tickets and advance system capabilities across database, API, and front-end layers.

The role requires strong SQL, C#/.NET, REST API design, and CI/CD experience, plus excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will collaborate with IT and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SQL experience including queries and stored procedures
• Ability to write, tune, and troubleshoot complex production queries
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience preferably with C#/.NET
• Experience owning production applications across database, back-end API, and front-end
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrations
• Experience with CI/CD and source control (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Familiarity with AI prompts or AI coding assistants in development
• Enterprise AI/LLM concepts familiarity is a plus
• Experience with data migrations, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare is ideal
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team collaboration
