Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced developer in P&C to lead the development and support of a key core software system within a fast-growing enterprise. You will work with multiple business stakeholders to solve tickets and advance ongoing development and use of the system.

The role requires strong SQL and C#/.NET skills, experience owning production applications, and proficiency with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and modern back-end frameworks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong SQL experience including queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to write, tune, troubleshoot complex queries on production databases.
• 4+ years of full-stack development with C#/.NET preferred.
• Experience owning production applications across DB, API, and front-end.
• Proficiency in a modern back-end language and framework.
• Experience with Jira; ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and system integrations.
• Proficient in Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI prompts or AI coding assistants in daily development.
• Understanding of enterprise AI/LLM concepts and data privacy matters.
