Job summary

HHAeXchange is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to build scalable APIs and microservices, spanning frontend Angular and backend Go. You’ll optimize cloud infrastructure for efficient scaling and mentor peers to uphold high coding standards.

You will integrate GenAI into our agency management software to improve usability and efficiency, while collaborating with product managers and designers. The role requires ownership, fast learning, and a startup mindset. Travel 5-10% may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of software engineering experience with modern architectures.
• Proficiency in a reactive JavaScript framework (Angular, React or Vue).
• Backend experience in Go, NodeJS, or Python; Go preferred.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB; CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with SaaS microservices and serverless architectures.
• Excellent communication, analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Build the foundation for scalability with APIs and microservices.
• Excel in full stack development using Angular on frontend and Go on backend.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold coding standards.
• Integrate GenAI into agency management software to boost usability.
• Guide technology decisions and collaborate with product teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests.
