Job summary

This position involves working across the full stack, utilizing technologies such as Go, Angular, and PostgreSQL. Essential Job Duties

• Build the Foundation for Scalability: Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of APIs and microservices that enable robust functionality and seamless integrations.
• Excel in Full Stack Development: Gain hands‑on expertise in frontend with Angular and backend with Go, while optimizing cloud infrastructure for efficient scaling.
• Integrate Gen AI Innovations: Incorporate generative AI into our agency management software, boosting usability and efficiency to create intuitive experiences that users love.
• Push the Envelope: Encourage exploration of new technologies, tools, and approaches to continually enhance our platform for better user outcomes.
• Guide Strategic Decisions: Evaluate priorities, options, and tradeoffs to inform key development choices that advance our goals.
• Collaborate with a Passionate Team of Peers: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, and deliver features that exceed expectations.
• Ensure Lasting Quality: Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to uphold high standards of software reliability.

Travel Requirements

• Travel 5-10%, including overnight travel, domestic & abroad (US and other delivery locations).

Required Education, Experience, Certifications And Skills

• 0-4 years of experience in software engineering roles building on modern architectures and frameworks
• Proficiency in one reactive JavaScript framework, such as Angular, React, or Vue
• Experience with backend‑development, such as Go, NodeJS, or Python
• Experience in PostgreSQL/MongoDB
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Flexible, team player
• Ability to organize and plan work independently
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plus
• Healthcare experience and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards is a plus
• Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role

The base salary range for this US‑based, full‑time, and exempt position is $80,000‑120,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
