Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to serve as the hands-on technical anchor for our engineering team in Florida. You will own architecture, shape critical-path development, and mentor engineers to deliver secure, scalable software.

You will collaborate with product and architecture stakeholders to translate business goals into a technical roadmap, champion code quality, and drive operational reliability across cloud-native services and microservices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development in Java/Spring and React.
• 5+ years building scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• 3+ years Python API development with AI/ML integrations.
• 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Cloud experience (GCP preferred) and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and critical-path development for key services.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, security, and reliability in cloud-native deployments.
