Qualifications

• 5+ years building scalable microservices and distributed systems.
• 3+ years Python and API development (FastAPI/Flask) with AI/ML integration.
• 2+ years in a technical lead role and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and critical-path development for complex features.
• Mentor engineers and guide best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to map goals to technical roadmaps.
