EarnIn is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Early Bets initiatives, shaping scalable web platforms across frontend and backend. You will translate product requirements into high-quality software, partnering with design and product teams to deliver new experiences that scale as we grow.

The role emphasizes owning architecture, building robust services with Python/Django and React/Next.js, and guiding best practices across CI/CD, testing, and observability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js with SSR experience.
• Backend expertise with Python and Django, RESTful APIs, data modeling and scalable services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and design to define and build user experiences across the stack.
• Evolve scalable frontend and backend architectures for performance and maintainability.
• Lead frontend work with React/TypeScript and Next.js; implement SSR and data fetching optimizations.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs with Python and Django focusing on reliability and security.
• Set and uphold coding standards, tooling, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive cross-team initiatives aligning frontend and backend with product goals.
• Mentor engineers across frontend and backend; promote technical excellence.
• Develop testing strategies (unit/integration/e2e) and monitor performance metrics.
