Job summary

DualEntry offers an equity-rich, remote-first engineering role shaping the OS for finance. You will own customer projects from discovery through build, deployment, and verification, partnering with product and customers to ship robust accounting solutions.

The team values high agency and hard work. You’ll work with Django, DRF, Postgres, Next.js, React with TypeScript, Temporal workflows, and integrate with external APIs, while helping to move finance software forward at speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production full-stack software end-to-end.
• Strong Django/DRF and PostgreSQL experience.
• Proficiency with Next.js and React + TypeScript.
• Experience with workflow systems (Temporal preferred).
• Direct customer exposure and requirement scoping.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer projects from discovery to verification.
• Build migration and integration pipelines on Temporal that are idempotent and auditable.
• Model and load customer accounting data into Postgres accurately.
• Develop internal tooling to automate recurring tasks.
• Gather product feedback and help productize features.
