Job summary

EarnIn is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You will craft end-to-end full-stack solutions, collaborating with Product to refine requirements and deliver scalable architectures across the stack.

You will design and implement frontend systems with React, TypeScript, and Next.js, and build robust backend services using Python and Django, focusing on reliability and security. Strong SDLC practices and mentorship are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing scalable full-stack architectures across frontend and backend.
• Strong background in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python and Django.
• Experience with RESTful API design, data modeling, and security.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and evolve full-stack user experiences with modern tech.
• Own frontend and backend architecture for scalability and maintainability.
• Lead frontend systems using React, TypeScript, Next.js (SSR, routing, data fetching).
• Build backend services and APIs with Python and Django for reliability and scale.
• Establish engineering standards, testing, tooling, and CI/CD practices.
• Drive cross-team initiatives aligning frontend/backend with product strategy.
• Identify risks and tradeoffs, providing clear technical direction.
• Mentor engineers across frontend and backend disciplines.
• Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the stack.
• Monitor metrics to inform product and technical decisions.
