Mitratech Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own features across a Rails monolith and a suite of Go microservices. You will work on candidate portals, partner flows, I-9 workflows, and internal tools, ensuring correctness, security, and speed.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership and collaboration with AI-enabled development practices. Applicants should have strong Go and PostgreSQL experience, REST API integration skills, and familiarity with ERB-based frontends.

Qualifications

• Strong production experience with b2b SaaS applications.
• Solid Go skills, or equivalent backend experience with HTTP services, background workers, and concurrency.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and good instincts for relational data modeling.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations (webhooks, OAuth, SFTP).
• Comfort with server-rendered frontends (ERB/HTML/CSS) and well-tested code.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features across the Rails monolith and Go microservices—candidate portals, partner flows, I-9 workflows, and admin tools.
• Extend our ATS and partner integrations.
• Orchestrate asynchronous vendor searches and reporting pipelines.
• Incorporate AI into workflows and review code with AI tools and agents.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from development to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
