CentralReach, a leading provider of ABA and related therapies software, seeks an experienced full‑stack engineer to drive technical direction and deliver high‑impact features across Rails, TypeScript, and React.

You will mentor teammates, design scalable back‑end systems, and build modern front‑ends while embracing AI-assisted tooling. This hybrid role offers a path to shape architecture in a fast‑growing healthcare tech company.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years full-stack development experience with Rails as core strength

Responsibilities

• Shape technical direction on the Essentials squad while staying hands-on in Rails, TS, and React
• Lead by example with clean, maintainable code and strong code reviews
• Design and optimize back-end systems, APIs, and data flows for performance and reliability
• Build modern front-ends with React, TS, and CSS for maintainable architecture
• Work with Postgres/MySQL and write efficient SQL
• Lead end-to-end projects, surfacing risks early and communicating trade-offs
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot) and contribute to shared prompts and workflows
• Prototype opportunities to apply LLMs and automation with healthcare data guardrails
