Job summary

3Pillar Global, Inc. is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a data‑driven platform team. You’ll split time between the React front end and backend APIs in .NET and Python, contributing to a high‑volume infrastructure project.

You will own features from design through release, write tests, participate in code reviews, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver client‑facing solutions. Strong React and backend experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience as a full-stack or front-end‑leaning engineer.
• Proficiency in React and Redux or similar state management.
• Hands‑on backend API development in .NET or Python with REST endpoints.
• Relational databases and SQL proficiency.
• Knowledge of HTTP, JSON, XML and SDLC/ Agile.
• Ability to design using UML/C4/ArchiMate concepts.
• Strong object‑oriented programming skills and English proficiency.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement UI components using React and build reusable front‑end libraries.
• Build and maintain backend API endpoints in .NET and Python depending on service.
• Write performant, testable, scalable, and secure code with tests.
• Provide accurate status, estimates, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to address user pain points.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Take ownership from design through release.
