Job summary

Beacons AI is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help build and scale our web app, with a frontend primarily in React and a backend in Python. You will join a tight-knit engineering team, working closely with the CTO and co-founders with substantial autonomy and room for growth.

In this role you’ll help the product reach billions of page views per day, shaping UIUX and system design while collaborating across disciplines. SF/NY hybrid, three days in office.

Qualifications

• Proficient in JavaScript to power frontend React app; Firebase familiarity a plus.
• Strong Python to power backend; Flask familiarity a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with empathy for creators.
• Familiar with SQL and Postgres.
• Experience at small, fast-paced startups.
• Thrive in ambiguity and scope solutions with teammates.
• Experience with design tools like Figma.
• Play for the front of the jersey, learn quickly and bias toward action.
