Wpromote is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I to lead hands-on development across the Polaris stack. You will design React/TypeScript interfaces and Django/Python APIs, owning features from architecture through deployment and production support.

Join a team delivering a modern data and marketing intelligence platform, collaborating with Product, UX, QA, and other squads. The role supports remote work with hubs in key cities and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production web apps with React/TS and Python/Django.
• Own complex full-stack features end to end.
• Strong React and Django expertise with REST APIs and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead as SME across React/TypeScript and Django/Python.
• Build and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend.
• Partner with Product/UX to translate workflows into interfaces.
• Design secure, scalable RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Architect reusable frontend/backend patterns with pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Own automated testing across the stack with Pytest, Vitest, Playwright.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance and reliability.
• Drive features from discovery to deployment and support.
