3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a senior Software Engineer for a remote role across the United States. You will architect transformative solutions, mentor teams, and drive enterprise-level initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET, Azure, and Angular, with a strong OO and SOLID foundation, and familiarity with OWASP. You will collaborate across disciplines, participate in agile processes, and contribute to client success globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming and design fundamentals.
• Experience with .NET, Azure, and Angular stacks.
• Experience with Access/OLEDB and enterprise-scale systems.
• Mentoring engineers and decision-makers across teams.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and OWASP basics.
• Proficient in English for collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication with client stakeholders on status and recommendations.
• Craft client code that is efficient, testable, scalable, and secure.
• Participate in planning and estimation using project methodologies.
• Gather requirements and present features to clients.
• Deliver complex activities within defined architecture and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to address user pain points.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and governance activities.
• Mentor others through Communities of Practice or project teams.
• Drive project delivery from concept to deployment with autonomy.
