Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a senior full stack software engineer to build world-class frontend and backend solutions for a growing enterprise. You will collaborate with product and engineering leaders to deliver high-impact projects and mentor teammates.

The role emphasizes owning the SDLC, ensuring observability, and advancing AI-assisted development workflows using tools such as Claude. Strong React/Next.js/TypeScript and Kotlin/Java/Spring skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production systems full stack.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Kotlin, Java and Spring.
• Experience building APIs and SQL databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with AWS or GCP and containerized environments.
• Observability tools such as Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with AI tools in development workflows and agentic patterns.
• Experience with Kafka and event streaming.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with third-party integrations and owning SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to drive high-impact projects.
• Build world-class frontend and backend solutions across systems.
• Mentor team members and shape engineering practices.
• Own the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Ensure systems are observable via logs, metrics and tracing.
