Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a senior full stack software engineer to contribute to enterprise-grade products. You will develop frontend and backend solutions, collaborate with product and engineering leaders, and mentor teammates while shaping engineering practices and delivery standards.

You will design, implement, test, and deploy features, ensuring observability through logs, metrics, and tracing, and leveraging AI-assisted development workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production full-stack systems.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Kotlin, Java, Spring or similar.
• Experience building APIs and with SQL databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding distributed and asynchronous processing.
