Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a senior full stack software engineer to contribute significantly to building software products for a growing enterprise organization. You will build world-class solutions across frontend and backend systems.

You will collaborate with product and engineering leaders to drive high-impact projects, mentor teammates, and influence engineering practices while delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production full-stack systems (frontend and backend).
• Strong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Strong backend experience with Kotlin, Java, Spring.
• Experience building APIs and SQL databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL or similar).
• Understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with AWS or GCP and containerized environments.
• Strong observability experience (Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows; agentic patterns.
• Experience with Kafka and event streaming.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Mentor team members and shape engineering practices.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Work with 3rd party integrations is ideal.
