Beacon Hill is seeking a senior full stack software engineer to build production systems across frontend and backend. You will collaborate with product and engineering leaders to drive high-impact projects and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

As an experienced engineer you will mentor teammates, shape engineering practices, and own the software development lifecycle with observable systems and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production full-stack experience across frontend and backend.
• Strong React, Next.js and TypeScript skills.
• Backend experience with Kotlin/Java and API design.
• Experience with SQL databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of distributed/event-driven systems and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with observability tools and AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build world-class frontend and backend solutions for enterprise.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders on high-impact projects.
• Mentor team members and influence engineering practices.
• Own SDLC from design to deployment while ensuring observability.
