Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a senior full-stack software engineer to build world-class frontend and backend solutions for a growing enterprise. You will collaborate with product and engineering leaders, mentor teammates, and drive technical decisions that shape engineering practices.

The role requires 5+ years of production experience across frontend and backend, with strong React, Next.js, TypeScript, and backend Kotlin/Java/Spring skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production full-stack systems across frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Strong backend experience with Kotlin, Java, Spring, or similar technologies.
• Experience building APIs and working with SQL databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts including asynchronous processing.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and containerized environments.
• Strong observability experience with Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools.
• Experience with event streaming systems such as Kafka.
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows; familiarity with agentic patterns.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive technical decisions.
