Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a senior full stack software engineer to contribute significantly to enterprise software products. You will build world‑class frontend and backend systems, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to drive high‑impact projects and deliver top‑tier customer experiences.

You will mentor teammates, influence engineering practices, and own the full software development lifecycle, ensuring systems are observable through logs, metrics, and tracing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production full‑stack systems.
• Strong frontend with React/Next.js/TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Kotlin/Java/Spring.
• Experience APIs and SQL (MariaDB, Postgres).
• Distributed and event‑driven systems knowledge.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containers.
• Observability tools (Grafana/OpenTelemetry).
• Experience with AI tools in dev workflows and agentic patterns.
• Kafka and async processing exposure.
• Ability to collaborate with product/design/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build world‑class frontend and backend solutions for enterprise users.
• Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and shape best practices.
• Own SDLC from design to deployment with observable systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver outcomes.
• Integrate 3rd party services and AI tooling into development workflows.
