Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a senior full stack software engineer to build production systems across frontend and backend for a growing enterprise organization.

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to drive high-impact projects and deliver high-quality customer experiences. As an experienced engineer you will mentor team members, and help shape engineering practices and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production full-stack systems (frontend and backend).
• Strong React, Next.js and TypeScript proficiency.
• Backend experience with Kotlin/Java/Spring.
• Experience building APIs and SQL databases (MariaDB/Postgres).
• Understanding distributed, asynchronous, event-driven systems.
• Experience with AWS or GCP and containerized environments.
• Familiar with observability tools (Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Experience with AI tools in development workflows.
• Experience with Kafka and event streaming.
• Ability to collaborate with product, design and engineering leaders.
• Own full software development lifecycle end-to-end.
• Ensure observable systems with logs, metrics, tracing.
