Job summary
allwhere in New York, NY, is seeking an innovative Full Stack Engineer to accelerate product and systems development in a fast-paced startup. You will own architecture, build scalable SaaS APIs, and drive AI-led systems development while collaborating across product and business teams.
You will mentor teammates, review code, and help shape the technology vision as the team grows, with in‑office presence 2 days per week in NYC.
Qualifications
- BS in CS or Engineering; MS a strong plus.
- 5+ years of full stack development; 9+ years total software dev.
- 3+ years in Series A/B SaaS B2B high growth startup.
- Deep expertise in React, JS, Node/Nest.js, REST, GraphQL, SQL and NoSQL.
- Experience with high performance SaaS APIs in AWS on ECS; AWS ecosystem knowledge.
- Experience with EKS, GCP is a strong plus; Sentry.io is a plus.
- Proficiency with Agentic AI and related tooling; Figma is a plus.
- Strong design patterns, UML, architecture, and DX focus.
- Performance, security, observability and reliability testing experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high‑quality features in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and ensure safe AI agent contexts.
- Lead front‑end and back‑end lifecycle testing, performance and reliability.
- Mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, foster team excellence.
- Collaborate with product and business units to discuss feasibility of features.
- Help shape technology vision and drive scalable, secure SaaS APIs.
