Job summary

CookUnity is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for the Post Order Experience squad, reporting to the Engineer Manager. You’ll collaborate with a PM and designer to shape product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap while communicating with senior management.

You’ll work on the Server-Driven UI (SDUI) in a Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) setup and maintain backend services and databases. You will contribute technically as a hands-on coder, participate in code reviews, and partner with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with ReactJS, Kotlin/Java, GraphQL, and MySQL.
• Experience designing cloud architectures, backends, and web apps.
• Strong unit and e2e testing, SOA, REST APIs, and CI.
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of features within our stack for customer engagement.
• Iterate on new and existing features to improve UX and performance.
• Contribute to architecture, best practices, and new technologies.
• Improve maturity of the technical stack with engineering standards.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Hands-on coding to remove blockers and fix issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
• Support uptime and on-call rotations to keep services running 24/7.
