Job summary

Constrafor is building a modern construction finance platform and is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end product development. You’ll work with the Head of Engineering to deliver scalable, high‑quality software across frontend and backend, driving architectural decisions and product impact in a fast-paced startup.

You’ll lead complex projects, mentor teammates, and collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver features that boost revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and scaling full-stack web apps.
• Proficient in Python, Django, Postgres and AWS.
• Front-end with React or Next.js and strong UX focus.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable full-stack software.
• Build and optimize user-facing apps integrated with backend services.
• Work with sales and product teams to prioritize revenue-impact features.
• Apply security, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
