Job summary

Constrafor is building a modern construction finance platform and is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end product development. You’ll work with the Head of Engineering to deliver scalable, high‑quality software across frontend and backend, driving architectural decisions and product impact in a fast-paced startup.

You’ll lead complex projects, mentor teammates, and collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver features that boost revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and scaling full-stack web apps.
• Proficient in Python, Django, Postgres and AWS.
• Front-end with React or Next.js and strong UX focus.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.

We’re seeking an exceptional Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development and maintenance of our platform’s core functionality across both frontend and backend systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering and Product teams to deliver scalable, high‑performing, and intuitive solutions. As a senior member of our team, you’ll take on complex, high‑impact projects that require strategic thinking, technical depth, and strong product sensibility. What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of high‑quality software across the full stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Build and optimize user‑facing applications while seamlessly integrating them with robust backend services.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to prioritize and deliver features that directly impact revenue growth and customer success.
• Implement best practices for security, testing, and deployment across both front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
• Share knowledge across the team and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience developing and scaling full stack web applications in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency inPython, Django, Postgres, and AWS, with solid experience in front‑end frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, modern web architecture, and front‑end performance optimization.
• Proven experience building and maintaining complex SaaS products with strong attention to usability and scalability.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of owning projects from concept to completion.
• A passion for mentorship, clean code, and continuous learning.
