Job summary

Method is seeking a senior software engineer to own projects end-to-end from a full-stack stance. You will develop with JavaScript across the platform, using React for delightful UI and Node for reliable backend services.

You’ll diagnose issues with our monitoring tools and help drive improvements with the team. You will participate in code reviews, interview potential teammates, and collaborate to align the roadmap with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience, ideally full-stack.
• Experience building scalable production-level applications.
• Experience with Node/JS, React, MongoDB/NoSQL.
• Ability to clearly communicate concepts and break down complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and create with JavaScript across the platform, using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
• Investigate and debug issues using monitoring and logging tools; create clear action items to resolve them.
• Participate in code reviews and help interview new team members.
• Collaborate with the team to define the roadmap by understanding customer needs.
