Software Resources is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a long-term contract in Orlando, FL. 4 days on-site with Fridays remote, focusing on HR data integrations and Workday upgrades support.

The ideal candidate will lead technical discussions, design scalable solutions, and contribute across the full stack using JavaScript, REST, and diverse databases. Strong communication and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience as a Full Stack Engineer with emphasis on HR data integrations.
• Strong communication, proactive approach, and ability to lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, analyze, design, build, test and debug applications for HR data integrations.
• Design and implement Web Services using XML, XSLT, JSON, XPath.
• Develop front-end interfaces with modern frameworks; build server-side APIs and manage HR data databases.
• Collaborate with third party vendors and internal teams; mentor junior engineers.
• Document integrations and participate in release cycles; perform root-cause analysis for incidents.
