Job summary

Software Resources, a trusted staffing partner, seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a major corporation in Orlando, FL. The role is on-site four days a week with Fridays remote, focusing on HR data integrations and modern web technologies.

You will lead design and implementation of full stack solutions, collaborate across teams, mentor juniors, and ensure high-quality code with automated tests. A strong communicator with 5+ years in JS/CSS/HTML and backend languages is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in full stack JS and at least one backend language.
• Experience with HR data integrations and Workday/SAP a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, test, and debug applications for HR data integrations.
• Design and implement web service interfaces (XML, JSON, XSLT).
• Develop front-end interfaces using modern scripting languages and frameworks.
• Develop and manage server-side programming and APIs.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
