Job summary

XO Health Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build scalable full‑stack applications for a healthcare insurance platform. You will work on serverless architectures, using .NET/Angular/React and GraphQL, focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement features that meet complex healthcare requirements, mentor junior developers, and help drive a modern, compliant tech stack across cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Experience implementing solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) including serverless.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into a technical roadmap.
Experience with microservices, designing, deploying, and managing scalable service components.
Experience with GraphQL for APIs and data retrieval.
Background in SQL/NoSQL, database design, and complex data architectures.
Familiarity with HIPAA considerations and healthcare regulations is a plus.
