Job summary

NexHealth, Inc. is building the modern healthcare infrastructure to connect patients, providers, and developers. We ship features across our React/TypeScript web app, iOS app, and backend services that power scheduling, forms, messaging, and insurance verification.

You will own features end-to-end, mentor teammates, and influence product direction in a small, remote PX team with little process. Strong frontend depth, backend skills, and clear written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building customer-facing products.
• Strong modern frontend skills in React and TypeScript, with backend depth.
• Experience shipping features on iOS alongside web.
• Track record of owning customer-facing features end-to-end from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Experience partnering with product and design as a peer.
• High-ownership, self-directed working style in a small remote team.
• Clear written communication on a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across React/TypeScript web app, iOS app, and backend services that power scheduling, forms, messaging, and insurance verification.
• Own features end-to-end: define the problem, shape the solution with product and design, build it, roll it out, and iterate.
• Bring your point of view on what to build and fix friction for clinics and patients.
• Find problems worth solving rather than waiting for well-defined work to arrive.
• Mentor other engineers and raise the bar on team design, reviews, and shipping.
• Influence decisions beyond your own work, shaping product direction and technical approach across the PX product.
