Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET, React, AWS) to lead and implement secure, scalable healthcare applications. You will work across React/TypeScript and .NET stacks, shape API design, and drive cloud-native delivery for Medicaid initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, enforce architecture and security standards, and partner with product teams to deliver impactful solutions. This is a fully remote US-based role with some travel and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of application development with technical leadership experience.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript including React and APIs.
• Experience with cloud-native engineering, AWS, PostgreSQL, and automated delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for secure, scalable applications in Medicaid DDI and Provider Plus delivery.
• Lead design and implementation standards across React/TypeScript, .NET, APIs, data, and AWS workloads.
• Review designs, code, test evidence, and production risk; resolve defects and performance issues.
• Guide multi-tenant architecture, feature flags, versioning, and legacy interface compatibility.
• Mentor engineers and communicate decisions, risks, tradeoffs across product and DDI teams.
