Replicant is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and deliver technology for natural, human-like conversations at scale. You’ll ship features that reduce wait times, improve customer satisfaction, and empower representatives to solve complex problems with AI-powered conversations.

The stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python in Kubernetes on GCP. You’ll collaborate with product and ML teams to build rich user experiences and robust backend services for enterprise-scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or real-time systems.
• Proven experience owning and shipping elegant, maintainable solutions that scale to millions of users.
• Strong collaboration skills and impact-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication with teammates and stakeholders.
• Mastery of AI tools for writing, improving, debugging, and refactoring large code bases.
• Experience designing and implementing quality testing for systems, including automated, manual, and AI testing.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, frontend frameworks (React), Node.js, Python, Rust, LLM prompt engineering, Google Cloud Services, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build new features powering millions of daily conversations on Replicant’s core AI voice and chat products.
• Ship full-stack end-to-end features with high impact in days, not weeks or months.
• Integrate automatic speech recognition, text-to-speech, and AI model improvements into Replicant’s products.
• Refactor, optimize, and debug production systems balancing latency, cost, and user delight.
• Participate in regular on-call rotations, monitoring live production systems.
• Continuously improve systems based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
• Foster knowledge sharing and mentorship across distributed systems and enterprise-scale UX.
• Participate in team and company-wide events; travel may be required.
