Job summary

Peer AI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to own product capabilities end to end across React/TypeScript frontend and Python/FastAPI backend. You will work with Product, Design, and domain experts to turn regulatory workflow problems into usable experiences.

Qualifications

Strong fundamentals and shipping production web applications.
Frontend and backend with TS/React and Python backend.
Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and failure states.
Strong product instincts and user-focused approach.
Proactive use of AI coding tools within workflow.

Responsibilities

Own meaningful product capabilities end to end across our React/TypeScript frontend and Python/FastAPI backend.
Work with Product, Design, and domain experts to turn regulatory-workflow problems into simple, usable product experiences.
Build APIs, data flows, and distributed workflows that support long-running AI and document-processing operations.
Integrate LLMs and AI agents into reliable production workflows with evaluation and human oversight.
Design for failure, observability, and data integrity beyond the happy path.
Instrument and test features using AI coding agents and automation while maintaining quality and maintainability.
