Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Full-Stack AI Engineer (Agentic Systems) to join our fully remote team, shaping the architecture of agentic workflows for global enterprises. You will act as a strategic consultant and technical lead, guiding regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients toward AI-augmented productivity.

The role requires 5+ years of full-stack experience, expert React/Next.js/JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and hands-on work with Claude/OpenAI platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Expertise in building agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems.
• Hands-on experience utilizing Claude Code and modern LLM platforms (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI).
• Strong history of developing AI-powered web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience building backend services and APIs with Node.js or Python.
• Track record of productizing early-stage Generative AI prototypes into scalable, production-ready MVPs.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures on AWS and containerization tools such as Docker.
• Well-versed in database management systems, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiar with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks.
• Capable of working with GraphQL, microservices, or event-driven systems in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients and deliver on commitments.
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for agentic AI workflows in client environments.
• Serve as technical lead and consultant for AI-enabled projects.
• Help regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients transition to AI-augmented engineering productivity.
• Collaborate on building scalable, production-ready MVPs.
• Contribute to libraries and maintain CI/CD practices.
