Job summary

Goodbill is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and scale systems powering hospital-cost reduction. You’ll ship across the stack daily, from backend automation to frontend interfaces, and integrate with diverse data sources including regulatory filings, APIs, and EHRs.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Client Success, and Operations to ensure real-dollar impact for patients and employers. You will own what you build, advance agentic AI workflows, and contribute to a consumer-grade user

Qualifications

• Experience with Ruby, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is valued; Rails, SCSS, and Hotwire are part of the stack.
• Able to ship across the stack daily, including backend automation and frontend interfaces.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, EHRs, and regulatory filings is a plus.
• Build consumer-grade experiences that feel delightful.
