Job summary

Headway in Seattle is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own end-to-end features across the modern clinical system, therapist practice management, and patient-facing experiences.

You will build interfaces and APIs, integrate AI-powered clinical intelligence, and improve onboarding for in-network providers while maintaining high quality and speed. Strong focus on scalable architecture and healthcare workflows is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping fullstack software across frontend and backend.
• Ability to design scalable APIs and data models.
• Comfort working with healthcare data and workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled clinical interfaces and data flows.
• Own features from database schema to UI for scheduling, notes, and payments.
• Develop patient-centric search and matching experiences.
• Streamline insurance credentialing to onboard providers quickly.
