Job summary

Clinically AI is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end across our platform, from browser extension UI to cloud-native services. You will design fast, secure systems and turn clinical pain points into AI-driven solutions.

You will mentor engineers, ship with velocity in a fast-moving startup, and collaborate with product and clinical teams to reduce clinician burden while improving documentation and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience developing and maintaining browser extensions.
• CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and GitHub Actions experience.
• Strong background building enterprise-grade RESTful APIs and NoSQL databases.
• Exceptional problem-solving and proactive architectural planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the stack end-to-end across the platform from frontend to cloud-native services.
• Architect fast, secure systems with growth in mind.
• Translate clinical pain points into AI-driven solutions in collaboration with product and clinical teams.
