Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and scale AI-enabled platform components used across multiple products. You will own end‑to‑end features from agent runtime to UI tools, mentor teammates, and shape technical direction in collaboration with product teams.

You’ll work on a fully remote role across the US, with a focus on multi‑tenant SaaS, secure data handling, and cost-aware engineering. Candidates should have deep Python, TypeScript, and AI/LLM experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping production software, with senior experience.
• Strong Python backend experience with FastAPI, Pydantic and async services.
• Solid TypeScript and React skills with reusable components/SDKs.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production (tool calling, RAG, agent workflows).
• Experience with retrieval and search (vector databases, hybrid search, reranking).
• Good PostgreSQL and data modeling knowledge, performance and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable agent workflows combining models, retrieval, tools and human approval.
• Improve document ingestion and retrieval, measure answer quality with evaluations.
• Ensure data safety with tenant isolation, permissions, and audit trails.
• Build reusable UI components, SDKs and integrations for product teams.
• Design agent interfaces with streaming responses and human approval steps.
• Track cost, latency and quality across agent runs and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with product teams to ship features from ideas.
• Lead technical design, write design docs and maintain high code standards.
• Mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotations.
