Job summary

Xplor Technologies powers everyday experiences through AI capabilities and software platforms across fitness, recreation, and other industries. This role focuses on building and evolving the shared AI platform that powers agents across Xplor products, including agent runtime, model gateway, retrieval, guardrails, and cost controls.

You will collaborate with product teams to ship AI features quickly and safely.

Qualifications

• 6+ years shipping production software with Python, FastAPI, and async experience.
• Solid TypeScript and React skills, plus experience with LLMs in production.
• Experience with vector databases, PostgreSQL, multi-tenant SaaS, and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable agent workflows with multi-agent handoffs, long-running tasks, and human approval.
• Improve document retrieval with hybrid search, reranking, and vision models.
• Design reusable UI components, SDKs, and integrations for product teams.
