Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a Software Development Engineer-III (Full-Stack) to own complex, end-to-end technical initiatives and lead cross-functional engineering efforts.

You will design highly scalable, secure full-stack systems leveraging AI-native practices and tools across architecture, design, and delivery. You will collaborate with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering leaders to turn ambiguous problems into robust technical solutions, mentor teammates, and raise the engineering bar with

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience with ownership of complex systems
• Strong hands-on coding across the full stack
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and backend tech (Node.js, Python, Java)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, databases, cloud-native architectures
• Experience building production systems at scale with architectural trade-offs
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) as part of workflow
• Strong system-thinking, judgment, and collaboration across teams
• Leadership without formal authority and bias toward ownership

Responsibilities

• Own cross-cutting engineering initiatives from problem definition through production
• Design and build scalable, secure, maintainable full-stack systems
• Make architecture decisions focusing on performance and reliability
• Apply AI-assisted development across the lifecycle
• Lead design reviews and engineering initiatives across teams
• Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards
• Identify and resolve technical debt to improve velocity
• Partner with Product, AI, Design, and Engineering to translate needs into robust solutions
• Drive ownership and proactive problem-solving across the org
• Provide technical leadership and quality through code reviews and reviews of design
