Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native) to own production software projects end to end across backend, frontend, deployment, and post-launch iteration. You will lead design and implementation of AI agents, connecting customer interactions to measurable business results, and collaborate with AI leadership on system design.

The role emphasizes production readiness, scalable architectures, and rapid iteration, with direct impact on key metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with ownership of production systems.
• Experience shipping production features using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Devin, or similar AI tools as a primary workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end across backend, frontend, deployment and iteration after production launch.
• Design and launch AI agents that interact with customers and connect their performance to measurable business results.
• Work with AI architecture leadership on system design and the evolution of the shared AI platform.
• Build against shared integrations including Salesforce, Snowflake, Gmail, Zoom, Slack, and internal tools.
• Evaluate open-source projects before building custom solutions to reduce maintenance.
• Use AI development tools as the default engineering workflow while reviewing and auditing generated code.
• Ship functional initial versions quickly and iterate in production.
• Own testing from unit to integration testing and ensure production-readiness.
• Take incomplete projects through completion including partially implemented work.
• Apply AI-assisted development patterns for speed with sound engineering judgment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, sales, underwriting, marketing, and finance.
• Build and own production systems with measurable impact on conversion, cost, funding volume, speed, accuracy, or ROI.
