You will mentor a high-performance team, champion AI tool adoption, and drive design-system standards across complex projects, ensuring scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI design tools and workflow automation in engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in modern frameworks and backend languages.
• Strong design-system and token knowledge for brand consistency at scale.
• Experience with cloud platforms and secure authentication patterns.

Responsibilities

• Direct the adoption of AI design tools to compress development lifecycles.
• Define and enforce technical standards for production-ready full-stack apps.
• Lead AI-driven design-system integration and automated handoffs.
• Manage ticket-driven workflows and ensure thorough technical docs.
• Bridge Strategy, Creative, and Tech to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Oversee backend services and secure auth across the portfolio.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services (Supabase).
• Collaborate with UX Designers and AI Builders throughout the lifecycle.
