Rad AI is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a full stack role focused on reporting. You will work on scalable web applications with a modern React/TypeScript frontend and Python/FastAPI backend, including REST APIs and ML pipelines.

The role emphasizes security, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with product, UX, and customer success teams, while contributing to high-impact healthcare AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry full stack engineering experience with multi-tenant environments.
• Proficient in Javascript/TypeScript, Python and FastAPI (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of relational and document-based databases and large-scale data storage.
• Fluent in HTML/CSS, responsive design, and modern web tech.
• Experience with testing (unit/integration) and git in distributed teams.
• Strong performance/optimization troubleshooting for large-scale apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop large-scale progressive and single-page web apps.
• Build on a modern React/TypeScript frontend.
• Develop Python/FastAPI backend services and ML pipelines.
• Create features for a growing customer base.
• Adhere to security, style, and HIPAA-compliant standards.
• Collaborate with PM, UX, CS and other stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in quality, security, and performance across teams.
