Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of software development experience with production apps.
• Experience with React/Angular frontend and Node.js backend.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects and set technical direction.
• Coordinate work across distributed teams (US, LATAM, India).
• Perform code reviews for human and AI-generated code.
• Mentor engineers on AI-assisted development and architecture.
• Design, build, and maintain full-stack apps using React/Angular and Node.js.
• Ensure quality, performance, and secure AI-enabled features.
