Arul Health, a Boston-based healthcare navigation startup, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to own and contribute to scalable enterprise products. You will lead architecture discussions and mentor engineers while building AI-enabled, compliant software for healthcare partners.

You will collaborate with product, data, and leadership to shape the technical roadmap, while advancing the security, performance, and reliability of the consumer platform.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and architecture knowledge.
• Hands-on engineering experience shipping production apps.
• Full-stack backend and API development with cloud infra.

Responsabilités

• Design and build scalable, production-ready applications and APIs.
• Develop greenfield solutions for enterprise healthcare partnerships.
• Improve performance, security, and reliability of the consumer platform.
• Work with AI agent frameworks and guardrails for agent-based apps.
• Drive HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance initiatives and security.
• Influence architecture, strategy, and product roadmap decisions.
• Mentor engineers and promote development best practices.
