RBC Bank is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive digital transformation of its US online banking platform. You will work at the intersection of enterprise stability and innovation, building scalable back-end services in Java Spring Boot and modern front-ends with React/Angular, while enabling AI-assisted development and agentic SDLC practices.

The role offers exposure to cutting-edge fintech integrations, with strict compliance and security in a highly regulated financial environment,

Qualifications

5+ years full stack development with Java Spring/Spring Boot backend and React/Angular frontend.
Software Engineering or CS degree.
DevOps and cloud-native skills including containerization, CI/CD, monitoring and performance tuning.
Enterprise security concepts including SSO, SSL, encryption, OAuth 2.0 and authentication providers.
Experience adopting AI-assisted development tools and defining Agentic SDLC workflows.
Strong leadership and governance experience in cross-functional Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Execute full stack development projects ensuring code quality, performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Provide senior-level technical analysis and mentoring within a project team.
Design and build full stack solutions with secure back-end, frontend interfaces, and data stores.
Perform performance tuning, monitoring, and deployment tasks.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to analyze business needs and deliver innovative solutions.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development workflows and automation frameworks.
Research emerging technologies to optimize development processes.
