Job summary

Leader Bank is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support modern applications leveraging Vue.js, Python, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud services. The role focuses on AI-enabled development, automation, iPaaS integrations, and scalable solutions to accelerate digital transformation within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development delivering enterprise-grade applications across the full tech stack.
• Experience designing, developing, securing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Strong proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MariaDB) and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, document, and support modern web applications and integrations.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js and modern front-end techniques.
• Design, build, and maintain internal tools and dashboards with Retool.
• Develop, secure, and monitor RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations across systems.
• Collaborate with product, QA, security, and operations to deliver value in Agile sprints.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
