You will design and build full stack systems using Java Spring Boot, RESTful services, and modern front-ends (React/Angular), while mentoring teams and championing AI-assisted development workflows in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development with Java Spring Boot and RESTful microservices.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and HTML/CSS/JS.
• Cloud-native DevOps, containerization, and CI/CD implementations.
• Enterprise security concepts (SSO, OAuth 2.0, encryption).
• Experience adopting AI-assisted development tools in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute full stack development projects ensuring code quality, performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Provide programming expertise and technical analysis as a senior project member.
• Design and build secure, scalable back-end systems and user-friendly front-end interfaces; integrate databases and APIs.
• Perform performance tuning, monitoring, and deployment tasks.
• Lead and mentor teams, offering coaching within your area of expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive adoption of agentic SDLC and AI-driven tooling to boost productivity and governance.
• Research emerging technologies to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
