Job summary

RBC in Minneapolis is seeking a senior full-stack developer to modernize enterprise web applications. You will build .NET Core and Angular apps, design APIs, and deploy cloud-native solutions on OpenShift, delivering secure, scalable software in an Agile, CI/CD driven environment.

You will mentor teammates, translate business needs into technical designs, perform code reviews, and ensure quality through automated testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on application development experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Cloud experience with OpenShift/containerized platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, Angular, and cloud-native solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear, well-defined user stories and technical designs.
• Lead end-to-end development activities including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
